extremely poor service

I have never come across a large organization that is so unprofessional, if time is important to you, i would not recommend you use netflorist, on valentines they arrived at my wife's workplace after 6pm, obviously none was there because most companies close at 5, so their remedy was to give me a refund, i use money to pay for service, if i didn't want service, i would not trade my money for it, so giving me back money i gave you does not benefit me in anyway, and now on her birthday, they only deliver half of what I ordered, and their remedy was to deliver the rest the following day, it wont be her birthday the following day, we are being over charged for a service that is not being provided. netflorist is not for special occasions, they will ruin it for you if you rely on them, always have a packup plan when using their service.
