EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I nearly spend R1000 on flowers for a very special client's wife who was admitted to hospital in Cape Town. I thought of being good to place the order on Thursday for delivery on Friday morning (though they advertise same day delivery), it never happened. On Friday I call the call centre to confirm delivery, I nearly died of hanging on to be assisted, every time annoying comes up. After 30 minutes I drop the call. <br> <br> I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THEM AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. <br> <br> POOR SERVICE TO THE EXTREME!!!
