EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I ordered an item 1 day ago (early morning), for it to be delivered as earliest as possible the next day. I phoned the Call Centre, and the lady told me that it would be en route at 12pm. Its going on to the late afternoon and the item is still not even en route. I am extremely disappointed with the service that is being provided. I am paying for a service that ought to be give me 100% satisfaction!! <br> I would like some feedback on this situation.
