EXTREMELY POOR INFORMED EMPLOYEE

Good day, i have placed an online order with net florist 21/10/2015 at about 1100 and i selected same day delivery. their website did say that a specific time could not be promised which i accepted, however, at 1500 i phoned them just to get an idea of more or less how long before delivery will be done, the lady on the phoned told me the driver had just finished in sinoville and that he is on his way to do my delivery, HOWEVER 1h47min and still no delivery, at this stage i phoned in again to find out what is going on as it is impossible to take almost 2h from sinoville to die wilgers, i was told this time that the driver is all the way on the other side of Pretoria, this was when i complete flipped my lid as i was told at 1500 that the driver was on his way. this EXTREMELY POOR service led to a missive inconvenience for the person who had to wait for at the time of typing this now 2hours. i was not offered ANY solution or even just a sorry we will give a a discount on the next order or something like no delivery charge for the inconvenience NOTHING AT ALL. and this was not the first time i ordered from them
