Extremely furious

I ordered online a gift for my wife on her special day (birthday) to be delivered at her place of work as Netflorist states same day delivery during office hours. This was suppose to be a surprise as i dont normally send her gifts at her place of work. I made approximately about 11 calls since this morning just trying to make sure that the gift will be delivered but its now too late as my wife as left work. I have kept asking the call centre agents to let me speak to a supervisor and up until now im still waiting. I am absolutely disgusted with the pathetic, useless service that Netflorist offers. You'll have ruined my wifes surprise, ruined my day and moods. Words cannot describe how much I hate your company at this moment. I absolutely regret dealing with you'll. I have also spent way more on the damn phone calls i had to make that the gift itself. THANK YOU NETFLORIST FOR RUINING MY WIFE'S SPECIAL DAY!!!!
