Extremely Disappointing Experience

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. If I had the option, I would rate this 0 stars, but I was forced by the system to select one.

This was my first time ordering from this company, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I placed an order and paid for delivery by 6 May. The order was not delivered.

After following up, I was promised delivery on 7 May, which again did not happen. Due to this unreliability, I had no choice but to arrange an alternative gift for my mother.

I then requested a refund, and since then there has been no communication at all—no confirmation email, no update, and I am unable to get through when calling.

The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to deliver on promises is completely unacceptable. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially for a first-time customer.

I expect my refund to be processed urgently.
