Extremely Disappointed Would Not Recommend

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from NetFlorist. One of my orders is yet to arrive the other one arrived a day late, and despite numerous follow-ups, it took five days for any kind of resolution to even begin. Their communication was poor, and I felt completely ignored during a time when I needed the delivery to arrive on time for a special occasion.

The late and missing deliveries ruined what was supposed to be a meaningful gesture. I expected far more professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I will definitely not be recommending NetFlorist to any of my friends or family.

Unreliable service, slow response time, and poor customer care not what you expect from a company that claims to be the best in flower and gift delivery.
