Extremely Disappointed with Service - Unprofessional and Embarrassing Experience

I am writing this review with sheer frustration and disappointment regarding the abysmal service I received from Netflorist. If there was an option to give no stars at all, that's what this service deserves!!!

This is not the first time I've experienced a letdown from Netflorist. In July, I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday, and they were only delivered after 7 pm that night. Despite that, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a gift with lavender flowers for my sister's birthday on November 27th.

To my dismay, instead of the ordered lavender flowers, my sister received pink flowers. I promptly lodged a complaint, emphasizing that my sister wasn't aware of the mistake, and while she appreciated the pink flowers, it was not what I had ordered.

In response, I received an email from Varmanand Muneeram, a Call Centre Agent - not even a Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader - offering an apology. Mecala Swarts, cc'd on every email, remained silent.

Netflorist claimed that lavender flowers were out for delivery and scheduled a "Collect and Exchange" for the same day. I immediately clarified that I did not request a collect and exchange. I reiterated that my sister was unaware of the error, and it would be unfair to ask her to return a birthday present. Unfortunately, my plea fell on deaf ears.

Ignoring my objections, Netflorist representatives showed up at my sister's house, demanding the return of the pink flowers and replacing them with lavender ones.

Any company that values its customers would have acknowledged their mistake, cut their losses, and, as a gesture of goodwill, perhaps even provided extra lavender flowers along with a free box of chocolates. Instead, Netflorist chose to embarrass me and treat me with utter disrespect.

I am beyond furious and deeply embarrassed by this disgusting treatment. Netflorist, you have lost a once-loyal customer. I will make sure to share my experience widely so that others can be spared the frustration and embarrassment I endured!!
