Extremely disappointed with Netflorist quality

Earlier this year I received a bereavement gift from netflorist of a fruit basket. The fruit in the basket was absolutely disgusting and most was off. I emailed them numerous times about this and got completely ignored. Then in a separate incident I received a gift of flowers, biltong and dry wors today. The flowers are basically dead and the dry wors has mold all over it. I will never be using netflorist again after this!
