Extremely disappointed with my order

Very disappointed with my last order. Firstly the flowers came in the wrong size and didn’t have all the types of flowers illustrated in the picture of the product.For the price of a large bouquet to get maybe 12 flowers is ridiculous. Secondly the card looked like it was torn and the text was printed sideways.Dont think that I will be ordering from netflorist again unfortunately
