Extremely Disappointed – No Delivery Ruined My Birthday Again

I ordered my birthday cake from NetFlorist on Monday, with clear instructions for it to be delivered on Sunday, 6 July – my birthday. It’s now well past that date and I’m still waiting for my cake. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, this isn’t the first time. Last year, the cake they delivered arrived stale, completely ruining the celebration. I gave them another chance, hoping they’d improve, but clearly nothing has changed.

What’s the point of ordering a birthday cake if it doesn’t arrive on time – or fresh? This experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. NetFlorist seriously needs to sort out their logistics and quality control.

I will not be using their service again.
