Extremely disappointed

I cannot fault the ease with which I was able to place my order, nor the deliver, though slow, which took place on the same day as promised. However... I can say I am quite disgusted by the advertising of gorgeous pot of carnations and the picture used. What was received was a plant with one flower and two buds in the process of blooming. The pot nor the plant or flowers deserved the title of gorgeous. Sub-par would have been more apt. The only saving grace was the extra biltong added to the order. If not for thst I would have been ashamed to have had my name o the card. Would I recommend others using them...at this moment no. Would I use them again...only if they made up for this debacle of a delivery. How? That is totally up to them. They deserve a one star but i am giving two because they got the delivery done on time. They really need to step up their quality control as at this moment it feels like they are dishonest in their advertising.
