Extremely Disappointed

Utmost disappointed

This is not the first time i mame use of NetFlorist, but after this time I will think twice.

First the website it giving trouble. After 48hours no one even bothered to reply to my email. Then when I finally manage to win and I want to place my order suddenly they don't deliver in the area anymore where they previously had no problem to deliver. So I arranged a different delivery address. At 10h30 am i received a notification that the driver just left the factory with the gift and it is no the way. Only to arrive at 18h00 when the whole day is finished. How is this suppose to make someone's day special when the day is over? And to make things worse some of the flowers namely the roses started to wilt. Midrand is not that far from Pretoria.

The price i paid does not qualify for the product I send. This was the worst experience and service that i have ever received.
