EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I have ordered sunflowers for my mom on her birthday, 24 May. They brought her roses, which they said they will also inform me when they on their way. They didn't. I spoke to them,they said that they will deliver the correct bouquet of flowers to my mom on Monday. Still no delivery. You struggle to get hold of assistance.
