Extremely bad service

A pre-order was completely botched up, first their website was not updating, second, they did not have stock of a free promotional item, third they could not deliver the order on the previosly agreed date, fourth they coulnd not deliver the the South of JHB, fifth delayed response to follow-up e-mails and call to the call centre, sixth late delivery, seventh delivery of incorrect order, eighth delayed response to follow-up e-mails and call to the call centre to rectify error, ninth no response to collection of incorrect order, all resulting in an atrocious experience, i will not be usig their services for the foreseeable futre.
