Extremely Bad Customer service by netflorist

I purchased a gift on Tuesday and they specifically stated that they will deliver on Wednesday, I got a call at 17:30pm on Wednesday at 17:35 pm saying the driver was at the gate I then told them that the office hours were 7 to 4:30 PM and that there is no one in the office after 5pm, they person who was on the other side of the line assured me that they will deliver before 9am on Thursday the 11th, I phoned netflorist almost the whole day today enquiring about my order but couldn't get assistance, I was so embarrassed when I couldn't participate in secret Santa that we had today all thanks to netflorist, seeing that you didn't honour your promise of delivering may I kindly ask you to please refund me my money, I will never buy from you again 😡😡😡😡😡
