Exploiting customers

I tried to buy 7 of the exact same item but each was to have a personalized name on it. So far , so good. On completing order. Noticed. Delivery fee if R80.00 per item. Why? All the same in one parcel going to one address. They tried to justify saying orders are completed in stages snd sent out as made. I don’t want that, want them all to arrive together. Surely that is my right. Charge one price for one delivery, end of story
