Expensive for the worst service

I have never had a good experience with them. They are expensive but the service is disgusting. I had a voucher that did not allow me to purchase, called them and the lady did the order on her side and still the voucher declined. She did confirm the voucher didn't have a problem, that she would escalate and come ba k to me with a resolution. This was on 30/08/22 and I did mention to her that my voucher was expiring on the 31st. Today is the 5th of the next month and no call,email or any form of communication. Wasted my time, money and energy. Would never recommend them EVER!
