Expensive for poor service

I will never purchase from Netflorist again. They dont even have the decency to inform me with regards to the progress of the delivery. You place an order, you become inundated of when it's going to be delivered whereas it says same day delivery. Unless the receiver sends a photo for you to know that its delivered. The delivery fee is way too expensive for the time they take to deliver your gift.
