Exeptional Service
<p>So... I ordered a gift on Netflorist a few days in advance for my Moms birthday. The delivery date came and that evening after 18h00 I went to track my order as I hadnt yet recevied a call from my Mom. The web said it was in transit (her office closes at 16h00 and it was now 18h00) so I automatically assumed they would have to send it out again in the morning for delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my suprise about 10 minutes later I recived a call from my Mom thanking me for the gift - confused now as I knew that she was already homw from work.</p> <p> </p> <p>This very special Driver (whose name I think is Mkosisane) phoned my mom to get her home address so that he could deliver it directly to her home so that she got it on her birthday. I am astounded by the personal care and level of committment he had to his Customers, in the workd where service is no longer a priority - Netflorist and this incredible Driver definately deserve a big shout out!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you so much for your personal touch, you made both my mom and I feel that she was just as important to you as she is to me</p> <p> </p> <p>THANK YOU</p>
