Excuse for a flower arrangement

I am highly disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered today to a friend for her birthday. 2 weeks ago I ordered the same arrangement for another friend and she received this beautiful arrangement. I placed another order last week for my neighbour/friend and she received an excuse for an arrangement. I would like to know how can you order exactly the same arrangement and it looks so different. I have photo's available if anybody would like to see that. I wanted to make the day a happy day and now I am sorry I made use of this service. I feel humiliated by the arrangement delivered today. It looks like they had only 2 sunflowers with no stems and used a lot of green to let it look like something. I am SHOCKED.
