Exceptionally poor service.

Ordered a cake to be delivered on the Saturday. On Friday morning changed the delivery address (within the allotted change period) and they immediately marked the cake as delivered.

Contacted them only to be responded to on Saturday morning saying they can’t deliver it now but it has been resolved. They RESOLVED it by delivering the cake 4 days later. How is that resolved for the customer? It’s not, a stale cake delivered well after the requested date is not resolved. They also never respond to emails after the fact either.

Do not use them if you can, there are MUCH BETTER alternatives.
