Exceptionally bad form

So, last week I was in hospital and my lovely friends who are 1200 km's away from decided to get me a Get Well Soon gift through Netflorist. I was so surprised when I received a nice bottle of wine as a token of my friends' wishes.

When I thanked them, they asked me where the rest of it was. Turns out I was supposed to get a balloon and teddy bear along with said bottle of wine. So quickly Netflorist turned around and a balloon was delivered to me on Monday.

Still no teddy.

My friend has been calling them non-stop (as they have spent money) and there is always an excuse about how the delivery was change, some or other story...

We are going for week two now.

Hopefully one day I will see this teddy, but as a gifting courier service- Atrocious..
