Exceptional service from Lindi

<p>I had trouble trying to make an online order of flowers from Netflorist today. After about 8 attempts, I called the helpline and was lucky enough, on my second attempt, to get Lindiwe Gumede to assist. She too experienced a problem when submitting my order, but went to the trouble of taking all the information from me again and calling me back once she had managed to sort out the problem. She was efficient, very well spoken, friendly and went out of her way to help. She made what had been a very frustrating process bearable and I hope that she is valued by her employers. It's not often that we receive that kind of service these days. Thank you, Lindiwe. You are a star!</p>
