Packaging was immaculate, such a pleasant surprise always opening Netflorist gifts. They went as far as refunding a product that was ordered twice due to internet faulty generated message that said it was unsuccessful. Going the extra mile does not sum it up enough, I think we're officially 'bud-dies". We use Netflorist for all our National gift deliveries, probably two gifts a month, never a let down and when you voice your frustration, they're right there to assist.
