Exceptional service

I am writing to share how impressed I am with netflorist service. I placed an order on Monday for a friend who was returning to work on Monday following hospitalisation the previous week. As I was calling to alert my friend of the welcome back gift I learned she has been readmitted as she had gotten worse. They sent me a WhatsApp to check if I wanted to make any changes. I change both delivery date and the address . I have received the gift and will be taking it to my friend myself. Thank you Netflorist for the flexibility and ensuring I’m able to gift my friend the package still. Please continue solution in for customer needs.i must add the delivery driver was super friendly too.
