<br> I ordered a hamper on the 19th for delivery the 20th but when I received the receipt, I was advised that delivery would only be the 23rd. As the person's birthday is today the 20th, the 23rd would have been useless to me. I phoned the call center and my tone was quite abrasive, wanting to cancel the order. Ms Lentsoe responded to my inquiry calmly and politely and offered me some alternatives I could opt for before cancelling the order.
