Excellent Service Going the Extra Mile !

I placed an online order , i did not check the delivery date on the order , on receipt of the invoice i realised that the item would only be delivered next week , I contacted the netflorist call centre twice only to be cut off , on the third attempt i was warmly greated by Naledi who understood my problem from the onset , she really went the extra mile in suggesting alternative solutions and re-placing the order on my behalf and ensuring it gets delivered today .<br> <br> Service of this Nature is hard to find !
