Received an email to say that my parcel couldn't be delivered as the people weren't at home, but that they would continue trying.<br> I have just received another email now to say that my parcel had been delivered and advising me the time of delivery and who signed for it.<br> Going the extra mile and making their emails friendly and funny<br> Love dealing with them!
