Excellent customer service

I sent flowers to my friend in hospital from Abu Dhabi, UAE in South Africa. They were super friendly when I contacted them to confirm something and even when I had the hospital wrong, their delivery person contacted my friend to deliver to the right hospital. This morning they phoned me from South Africa to ensure that my order was fine and that everything went well. The deliver was for Pretoria area. I would like to sincerely thank them for really showing what 'the extra mile' for customers are and that they really do put their customers first.
