Excellent Customer Service

I would just like to take this opportunity to expreess my sincere appreciation to ZAINAB from the Paulshof branch of Netflorists for excellent customer service. I have been dealing with Netflorists for a while now, as I reside in Saudi Arabia and my family is in SOuth Africa. I had one or 2 issues, that I urgently needed feedback on. I chatted to a few people, and it was only when Zainab got involved, was when I received what I was lookign for . SHe does not look for excuses, and is always ready and able to present to me what happened, as well as a way forward to my problem. This type of attitide for me towards customer service, is very much appreciated and highly coomendable. This level of customer service can only be a postive attribute to the NETFLORISTS family.
