Excellent at ruining your special day

Pathetic service, first and last time using this joke of an establishment. There ETA’s are completely inaccurate. I emailed to there “care” department specifically stating my order needs to be dropped before close of business(5:00pm) for my anniversary gift to be dropped. They then call close to 6:00pm requesting if the drop off can still be made? I mean seriously the moments already dead and gone. You stand a better chance going to your local supermarket or food *****s and handpicking a gift you know will be delivered by yourself and at a a fraction of the price. And just to add they have no remorse and care less about there clientele or unless you rockafella spending thousands you maybe just maybe will get an alright service delivery...lesson learnt and I’ll be sure to spread the word.
