Error on my card after having addressed it in advance

Overall the order came out as i expected. I absolutely love the attention to detail when packing my personalized liqueur bottle. The problem is with my card. The last sentence has question marks instead of emojis. when i saw the order confirmation email i saw the question mark so I called well in advance to ask if i can have it fixed, i was told that emojis appear that way on their email however on the card it'll be fine. Lo and behold question marks on my card. Now the card seems confused because what do you mean Happy Birthday??
