Epic Fail NetFlorist!

<p>On the 9th Feb I placed an order for roses to be delivered on Valentines Day, at 09:30 I received a mail that the flowers were on the way, fast forward to the 15th at 14:30 my lady has still not received anything, so much for trying to surprise her. </p>
