Empty Promises, No service delivery

I have ordered 3 personalized gifts a week prior to the delivery, and its been 10 days now my gift has still not been delivered.

i have communicated with numerous agents regarding this and they all giving me a different story, i was even promised a 50% refund as an apology but nothing has happened.

i have been a very understanding customer but I cant take these empty promises anymore.
