EMPTY PROMISES

I ordered flowers with chocolate with a ribbon around the container, but received it without the ribbon, and some of the roses were off. I contacted Netflorist and a lady by the name of Candice Bopape has sent me an email stating that they will give me a partial refund, but that was that, never heard from her again, trying to phone her with no success.
