Empty Promises and No Service Delivery

I Went online and made an order and made specific comments regarding a delivery time frame. The courier arrived 3 hours later than my given \cut-off"time (10:30) and 1 and a half hours later than their \""documented\"" time (12:00). By the way I received an email at 11:26 to say that the delivery is on the way - OBVIOUSLY NO ONE BOTHERED TO READ MY COMMENTS OR CONTACT ME REGARDING A POSSIBLE DELAY IN MEETING MY REQUIREMENTS.<br> <br> I received a call from an agent/ supervisor late the afternoon apologising and said delivery can be made at another venue and they'll throw in complimentary chocolates as a form of apology. He said an agent will call me between 10 and 12 the next morning. The agent called at 12:51.<br> <br> We then made arrangements for the following week. The flowers arrived in the morning as promised BUT WITHOUT COMPLIMENTARY CHOCOLATES. - So much for we're sorry!<br> <br> All I get is an email saying"
