EMPTY PROMISES

I'm still trying to process the appalling service I received from NetFlorist. I placed an order for same-day delivery, explicitly stating that the recipient's office closes at 4 PM. Despite assurances from their team, including supervisors, my package still hasn't arrived after THREE DAYS.

The lack of communication, broken promises, and utter disregard for customer needs is staggering. I've spoken to multiple representatives, and each conversation has been a frustrating exercise in futility.

NetFlorist's failure to deliver on their promises has not only wasted my time but also left a sour taste. I would advise others to think twice before using their services.
