Embarrassing

I thought NetFlorist was all about the gifting and surprise element for a Loved One! It’s valentines day, Placed my order 2 days in Advance!! No delivery, no feedback on the chat, no feedback on whatsapp, not answering their phones. This is embarrassing to say the least. My wife did not get her gift! I will NEVER support this joke ever again. To think how long they have been around and still not getting it right.
