Embarrassed me in front of my partner

They got the address completely wrong and accused me of giving them the incorrect address when I did not. They then kept pestering my partner at work telling him I gave them the wrong address. They also made the personalized gift I got for my partner for valentines day look absolutely hideous. They put a random ugly border around the sides of the photo and made it look so cheap. So thanks for that net florist, won't be ordering from you again! xx
