Embarrassed colleague

Disgusted with Netflorist. I was unable to attend a baby shower and ordered a gift for my colleague. It was fully paid for and has still not arrived 3 days later😔 I have wasted airtime making calls as well as emailing. I'm so so disgusted and embarrassed.
