Embarassing Service

I ordered a SAME DAY delivery on the 25March for my Fiance's Birthday on the 26 March after numerous phonecalls to follow up on the order which never arrived! No one bothered to contact me after 17:00 since i heard thats the latest dlivery time they do, untill know no contact wat so ever! I guess Netflorist dont know the meaning of SAME DAY delivery especialy when its for a BIRTHDAY they probably expect to deliver the next day and cause me more Embarassment. Pathetic service, it was my1st time and very last time......
