Ordered a Chateau Gateaux Mozart Cake at around 11am, and received it 5.50pm same day. I've had an overall positive experience with service. One star deducted because the frozen cake was fully defrosted by the time I received it (it was cool weather all day). No loss since the cake was still very delicious.
