****ed, unhappy, disappointed

I am soooooooo disappointed in Netflorist Arg maan. I purchased headsets for my husband as a birthday gift last week, he only used them for two days and they stopped working, I thought netflorist was the best, my husband was excited only to be disappointed, I can't believe I spent so much money for such disappointed, I tried calling you guys and you failed to assist me. Wow.
