dying flowers delivered

I was extremely happy happy to hear that a friend bought me flowers from netflorist but was only disappointed to find that the flowers that were delivered did not seem like they would survive the night and without disappointment the next morning which is today (10 April 2019) they were literally dying. I am not sure if i am the first person to experience such but i am quiet disappointed especially when i thing how much these flowers cost.
