DStv Voucher Mysteriously Disappeared and No Longer Loading

I had won a Netflorist voucher from DStv. The first time I tried to use it but I decided to change the order and buy something else. I then tried to use it the second time but the voucher could not load. I have tried numerous times for weeks on end to load my voucher but it never went through again.

I decided to give Netflorist the benefit of the doubt and make a new order since there were some gift vouchers that I had received. The vouchers did load and I then wanted to save my order to buy the following day since I had insufficient funds. I logged in today and my vouchers had all disappeared! I tried to load them in again but they would not go through. I also emailed numerous times but NO RESPONSE whatsoever and not even a damn acknowledgement!

And then I read through the posts here on Hello Peter and it confirmed exactly what I had suspected about this company. Utterly pathetic company and shoddy service!!! I am glad I ended up not buying anything. Saved me a lot of money.
