Dry and Droopy Roses are the order of the Day
NetFlorist delivered dry and poor quality roses to me and insisted that with this type of rose, it is meant to look dead on delivery and insisted it would improve with time and made me wait for few days. Alas, it did not improve with time and subsequently died within a short space of time. After numerous emails and calls, a re-delivery was made. I explicitly stated that the re-delivery be done directly to me and not at reception at work. The delivery came and the courier did not adhere to my instructions and left the roses at reception without contacting me. The roses again look like they are dying. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened. In May they delivered a pot of dead roses to my mother on Mothers Day. NetFlorist claims to be the best florist in SA and to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but with their absorbent prices and poor quality products they do not have the best interest of the customer at hand. Given the poor service received and after many years of supporting NetFlorist, I now cease my support of NetFlorist. It is indeed unacceptable to treat loyal customers this way.
