Drooping gerberas

The flowers were delivered timeously. However, the gerberas were drooping. Usually these delicate flowers are propped up with florist wire; due to their tendency to droop. It was rather disappointing that these flowers were drooping; as this spoilt the bouquet. For the price I paid, I think this is not acceptable.
