Driver left with one item from my package

Netflorist I’m so disappointed in your service your driver left with one item from my order and when I called you guys are telling me about refund or delivering it the next day why would I want a balloon written happy birthday delivered a day after the birthday I’m so disappointed. Female drivers are the worst shame, the attitude she gave me wow that time she's the one who left with my package.
