Dried roses delivered on Valentines Day

I appreciate the fact that my order to my pastor of our church was delivered She called to thank me but complained the petal of the roses were dried and falling off She said that it was not fresh roses. It was drooping roses that was delivered to her This is unacceptable if you paying R 1000 for 24 roses
